dream 08.16.08
Gar, Matt and I had driven into an old part of town. None of us had an idea where to go so we went to this very high end mall that had been around for years. Inside everyone was dressed very proper. I felt out of place because I was in jeans and a t-shirt. The patrons looks at us as if we were a novelty.
The mall kept shifting out of phase into another place. It would appear as a mall, then as an alley filled with boxes. When it looked like an alley items from the mall would still be in the same place but look worn out and old. The people would vanish as well except for one very angry man who was trying to fix items that were laying around. Matt and Gar would shift in and out with me. I began to think I was asleep and I could not figure out which place was my true reality.
I walked up to a glass top table and began throwing stones at it to break it. The mall quickly shifted back to its normal look and everyone began to ran including Gar, Matt and myself. We ran to the outside where people were filling the street and screaming about an attack. People were calling the police on their cell phones to come arrest me. I kept yelling to Matt that I could not tell if I was dreaming or if this was real. A woman said I would know in four weeks.
We hoped in my van to drive away but I lost control. I was trying to step on the breaks but we drove through a gate into a large estate and then into a garden. A number of women were there. They saw me get out of the car and then they ran and hid. When I walked around the garden I realized they were nuns and that they were not allowed to see men.
I grounds keeper approached us and I began to explain it was an accident that I was there. He said he was very excited for something new to happen. As we spoke the nuns came rushing to meet us. As they came closer I could see they all had the heads of animals like cows and pigs but their faces looked like ivory and stone and their bodies were made of papier-mâché. They were all very happy to see us and began to surround us. I panicked and pulled out my cell phone to call AAA for help. As I dialed the faces of the women changed. With each press of a button their eyes would open wider and wider as if triggered by the tones.
